Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Manager, Executive & Change Communications to serve as a strategic partner for the IT organization and global functions. You will lead the planning, development, and execution of executive, employee, and change communications that support priorities and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal/executive/change communications, or employee engagement.
• Experience supporting communications in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical topics into clear messages.
