Job summary

Saab, Inc. in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded systems delivered to DoD customers.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery events, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle. You will apply program and project management principles to manage depot and field support, drive cost and schedule performance, and lead risk mitigation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word/Visio/Excel/Project/PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinate with leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Oversee depot and customer support activities, including prioritization, resource planning, and cost and schedule performance.
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quotes, PO reviews, and Task Order Management.
• Coordinate spares and repairs with cross-functional teams and ensure parts availability.
• Track on-time delivery and other program metrics; manage cost, schedule and quality.
• Support field technicians during service events and coordinate follow-up discussions.
• Provide revenue forecasts and order projection feedback in financial planning cycles.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and seek process improvements; travel up to 15% annually.
