Saab is seeking a Program Director in Syracuse, NY to lead ground and naval radar programs. You will drive development, production, and EVMS compliance across multi-disciplinary teams and report to senior leadership while coordinating with customers and partners.

Requirements include 10+ years in program management, EVMS expertise, and strong executive communication. Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, information technology, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in program management, project management, operations, or related discipline.
• 3+ years leading program managers or cross-functional teams.
• EVMS experience with PMBs, cost/schedule performance, variances and corrective actions.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable programs, roadmaps and milestones.
• Excellent communication with executives, customers, vendors and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex programs spanning design, development, manufacturing, integration, deployment and sustainment.
• Provide executive oversight of program execution, including risk, requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Establish strategy, budgets, plans and performance metrics aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate across engineering, contracts, finance, quality, supply chain and sales.
• Represent Saab with senior customers and travel internationally as required.
