This role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Supply Chain and Product Management to ensure lifecycle management and reliable field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading project teams.
• Master’s degree and 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor a team of mechanical, electrical, controls, and systems engineers.
• Establish strategy, priorities, resource plans, and execution objectives for sustaining engineering activities.
• Create a culture of accountability, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Drive engineering productivity, prioritization, and execution of sustaining engineering projects.
• Coordinate implementation activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and quality organizations.
