You will guide engineering teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product support after release.

The role requires strong leadership, 8+ years of engineering experience, and experience managing project teams, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining engineering for HVAC and data center cooling products.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, controls, systems).
• Drive strategy, priorities, resources, and execution for sustaining activities.
• Ensure changes are reviewed, documented, and released per processes.
