Job summary

All For Kids seeks an experienced Individual Giving Manager to drive donor engagement and revenue growth in Los Angeles. You will lead mid-level donor relationships, annual campaigns, direct mail and digital appeals under the Chief Development Officer.

Collaborating with Major Gifts, Development Operations, Institutional Giving and Events, you will shape an integrated fundraising strategy that strengthens programs, improves retention, and moves donors toward major gifts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success managing donor relationships and fundraising campaigns.
• Experience executing annual appeals, direct mail campaigns, digital fundraising initiatives, and donor stewardship programs.

Responsibilities

• Donor Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Manage a defined portfolio of mid-level donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Donor Stewardship Support: Assist with donor materials and coordination of stewardship activities; serve as primary contact for donor inquiries.
• Annual Giving, Donor Engagement & Campaign Management: Develop calendars, plan events, coordinate appeals, and align campaigns with goals.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and tracked in the CRM.
