Job summary

You will perform production process operations following standard operating procedures, loading/unloading, inspecting, packing, and recording production statistics while maintaining safety and high quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate in a safety-conscious, quality-focused environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load / unload materials and operate production equipment according to standard procedures.
• Inspect, packing and record production statistics to ensure traceability and quality.
• Operate or monitor equipment and processes as directed by SOPs.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and meet production goals.
• Participate in problem solving activities to identify opportunities for improvement using lean tools.
