Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Production Operator to support safe, productive manufacturing processes. You will operate according to standard procedures, handle loading/unloading, inspection and packing, and contribute to accurate production statistics.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or Equivalent – Required.
• Works in accordance with procedures and rules.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in computer usage - desirable.
• Must be open to 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Adheres to safety standards and identifies opportunities to improve safety.
• Quality: Perform standard operations to high quality, including loading/unloading, inspecting and packing.
• Delivery: Follow standard processes, escalate issues for timely resolution, identify improvements.
• Cost: Support lean tools and continuous improvement to enhance performance.
• People: Assist in training other Operators.
