Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking a Process Technician to monitor and operate plant equipment safely across all plant systems under the direction of the Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician. You will help ensure reliable plant operations by checking performance, reporting issues, and supporting material handling activities.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 3+ years of industrial or related experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow safety practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Read and follow operating manuals, procedures, and related documentation.
• Operate plant equipment with accurate hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check, verify, and document proper operation of plant machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and adjust equipment and conditions (temps, pressures, levels, conveyors, seals).
• Support material handling and maintain safe operating conditions.
• Report hazards and issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with housekeeping and shift transitions; support other plant personnel.
