Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Back Plant Operator in the Harrisburg area to oversee safe, efficient industrial disposal operations. You will manage equipment inspections, perform routine checks, and coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of equipment and document details per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues via work order processes.
• Use weekly activity books and checklists for function checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes to support maintenance teams.
• Take on additional duties to ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
