The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations, reporting issues promptly, and assisting with material handling and sampling. Rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of safety practices and operating procedures.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and procedures accurately.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Check, verify, and document proper operation of plant machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and adjust equipment, monitor temperatures, levels, and conveyors.
• Support material handling and maintain safe operating conditions.
• Report hazards and equipment concerns to supervision promptly.
• Assist with sampling incoming material and reporting yield findings to QA/QC as needed.
