Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Back Plant Operator in the United States to oversee safe and efficient operations of industrial disposal processes. You will run various equipment, perform inspections, and report issues through defined workflows.

Ideal candidates have experience with heavy industrial equipment and can work a rotating shift, with a valid driver’s license. Competitive base pay and day-one benefits are offered in a full-time role at our York, PA area facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools.
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and report issues and repair requests using defined work order processes.
• Use weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment checks.
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of maintenance teams.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
