Job summary

Reworld Waste in Fallsington, PA is seeking a Process Technician to monitor, operate, and support field equipment across plant systems under supervision. The role involves maintaining safe conditions, reporting issues, supporting material handling, and flexible shifts including Saturdays based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of safety practices, standard operating procedures, plant equipment and systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow operating manuals, procedures, and related documentation.
• Accurate hand-eye coordination to operate mobile equipment and safely open/close valves.
• Three or more years of relevant industrial/plant/military experience with a high school diploma, or 1+ year with an associate degree.
• Ability to comply with SOPs to reduce injuries and equipment damage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Check, verify, and document proper operation of plant machinery and equipment; report concerns to supervisor.
• Inspect and adjust equipment conditions, including temperatures, pressures, levels, and conveyors.
• Maintain and support material handling systems for safe, efficient operations.
• Act quickly when safety hazards are identified and report to supervisor.
• Follow standard safety and operating procedures.
• Assist with sampling incoming material and documenting yield findings as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist other plant personnel across facility operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
