Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Back Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of industrial systems in our waste management process. You will perform tasks using various equipment, inspect and document findings, troubleshoot issues, and support maintenance with lock-out/tag-out safeguards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience operating heavy industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Familiarity with lock-out/tag-out safety procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks and inspections on designated industrial equipment.
• Document equipment details and inspections per facility procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and report repairs via work orders.
• Utilize checklists to verify equipment and operational readiness.
• Carry out lock-out/tag-out procedures as required by maintenance teams.
