Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Chef Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead culinary and food service operations with a focus on quality, cost controls, and local sourcing. The role requires strong menu development, inventory management, and P&L accountability within a contract foodservice environment.

As a leader in corporate dining, you will manage a team of culinary professionals, ensure compliance with HACCP standards, and uphold Eurest’s commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest experiences at onsite

Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge required.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
