Eurest, a leader in corporate dining, is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee daily operations for a high-volume dining account, lead a team, and ensure superior food quality for clients and guests.

You will work with the Chef and management to craft menus, manage client relations, and drive budgeting and P&L oversight. This role offers growth in a dynamic, nationwide dining program.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining operations for the account.
• Lead and develop a team of associates and coordinate with the Chef.
• Manage client relations and ensure top-quality food offerings.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account; roll out new culinary programs.
