Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (construction management/engineering/real estate/business).
• Experience in field trades (labor, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Strong tech proficiency with mobile devices, software, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead field maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties.
• Coordinate planned improvements for owners and respond to maintenance requests.
• Manage crises and supervise maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
• Develop move-in/move-out inspections and proactive property checks.
• Document maintenance operations and monitor costs against budget.
