Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, real estate, business, or related field.
• Field experience in building trades (labor, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Passion for real estate development, building operations, architecture, construction, or urban planning.
• Working proficiency with technology and software.
• OSHA 10-Hour Card within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret tenant requests by assessing urgency and response needed.
• Document maintenance operations and enforce policies for all work.
• Seek to minimize expenses while ensuring reports and subcontractors perform duties within budget.
• Provide feedback on capital needs and asset plans.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across properties.
