Job summary

TIMAC AGRO in Texas is seeking a field sales consultant to build grower relationships and actively promote sustainable agriculture. You will advise growers, demonstrate Timac technologies, and travel to customers within your territory.

You will listen to needs, develop a strategic plan, and represent Timac at industry events. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or motivation to learn.
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies.
• Listen to customer concerns, needs and preferences.
• Travel within your assigned territory to meet customers and introduce products.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce products in your area.
