Timac AGRO USA is seeking a driven sales professional to build trusted relationships with growers across the Vineland, NJ area. You will educate on Timac technologies, travel within your territory, and demonstrate products through field trials to drive profitability and sustainability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Agronomy or related field, a passion for sustainable agriculture, and a proactive plan to grow market share. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience or motivation to learn.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies to improve profitability and sustainability.
• Travel within your assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data to inform future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers' meetings and industry events.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow product adoption in your area.
