Job summary

Timac Agro is seeking a driven agronomy sales professional to become a trusted advisor to growers in your territory. You will build relationships, educate customers about Timac products and technologies, and tailor solutions to improve profitability and sustainability.

Travel within your assigned area, set up field demonstrations, collect data, and contribute to sales strategy. A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field and a passion for sustainable agriculture are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience (or motivation to learn).
• Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute.
• Passion for sustainable agriculture.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
• Actively listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.
• Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products.
• Set up field demonstrations and collect data from them to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.
