Required are a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, sales motivation, strategic planning, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses await the right candidate.

• Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor.
• Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and how our technologies can help them become more profitable and sustainable.
• Actively Listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences.
• Travel within your assigned territory meeting prospective and current customers and introduce our products.
• Set up field demonstrations and Collect Data from them to generate future sales.
• Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events.
• Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area.
