HDR, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Sustainability and Resilience Project Manager to lead climate risk and infrastructure risk management initiatives.

You will plan and manage sustainability projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across transportation programs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of project management experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong written/verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contracts, design and production related to climate risk and infrastructure risk management, funding strategy and implementation, transportation decarbonization, climate action plans and greenhouse gas planning
• Plan and manage all aspects of projects focusing on sustainability and resiliency across business groups
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance project teams throughout the entire project's development
• Manage workload and financial aspects of projects; coordinate and adjust work effort to meet schedule and budget
• Work with accounting, project coordinators, business group, cross sector and area management for project reviews and with company management
• Perform other duties as needed
