Job summary

HDR is seeking a Sustainability & Resiliency Project Manager in Minnesota to lead climate risk and infrastructure resiliency initiatives. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and work with clients to deliver sustainable solutions across transportation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
7 years related experience.
Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
Ability to interact with various design teams; strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish client relations involving marketing, contracts, design and production for climate and infrastructure risk management.
Plan and manage sustainability and resiliency projects across business groups.
Coordinate professional staff and balance project teams through full development.
Manage workload and finances to meet schedule and budget parameters.
Collaborate with accounting, coordinators, management and review project performance.
