Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Program Manager for Sustainable Building Solutions to drive strategic sustainability initiatives across commercial and institutional markets. This remote role supports data collection, reporting, and certification programs while coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

You will develop marketing materials, provide technical sustainability guidance, and travel up to 15% as needed to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in construction/industry.
• Minimum 5 years in construction or similar industry.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve sustainability data collection and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance sustainability initiatives.
• Lead third-party certifications, declarations and reporting programs.
• Provide technical sustainability guidance to Sales, Marketing and customers.
• Prepare sustainability-focused marketing and training materials.
