Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Program Manager to advance sustainable building solutions for the Contiguous US with remote work options. You will manage sustainability data, certifications, and customer-facing content while coordinating with Marketing, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 5 years in construction or a related field, with strong project management, analytics, and communication skills. Up to 15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or a similar industry.
• Sustainability program management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve systems for collecting, managing, and reporting sustainability data and documentation.
• Lead administration of third-party sustainability certifications, declarations, and reporting programs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Innovation, and Quality teams to advance sustainability initiatives.
• Provide technical support and sustainability documentation to Sales, Marketing, and customers.
• Support development of sustainability-focused marketing, training, and educational materials.
• Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events and in customer meetings as needed.
