Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Pro Bono & Sustainability Coordinator to support the Pro Bono & Social Impact Department across multiple offices in the U.S. with a hybrid work arrangement.

The role focuses on pro bono administration, program logistics, sustainability reporting, and data management, collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to advance charitable giving and social impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pro bono, charitable giving, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to support event logistics and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting systems for pro bono, social impact, and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pro bono and CSR programming, including CLEs and event logistics.
• Maintain the department’s Teams site with surveys, awards, and data reports.
• Track pro bono hours and prepare accessible reports for leadership.
• Serve as the data contact for nonprofits.
• Assist with distribution of outreach materials and swag.
• Support sustainability reporting by organizing materials and coordinating inputs.
• Maintain sustainability reporting files for client requests and surveys.
• Manage nonprofit sponsorship administration and related records.
• Maintain complete records for charitable giving and sponsorships.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends to inform leadership.
