Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee mentoring and parental leave transition programs with tracking and mentor pairings.
• Update materials for attorney integration and mentorship.
• Coordinate Path to Partnership+ meetings and prepare materials.
• Review reimbursement requests for mentorship budget.
• Support annual partnership admissions and counsel elevation processes with firm leadership.
