Job summary

Duane Morris LLP is seeking a Pro Bono Coordinator in Philadelphia to support the Pro Bono Program with day-to-day operations, engagement letters, and status updates. The role involves coordination of services, data tracking, and stakeholder communications with a strong emphasis on social impact and community engagement.

Responsibilities include event planning, marketing material drafts, and maintaining program databases.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of experience in law firm operations or administrative roles.
• Excellent writing, grammar, clarity and succinctness.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community service and pro bono initiatives across offices and help develop a firm-wide program.
• Support operation of the Pro Bono Program, including matter openings, drafting engagement letters, and case-status follow-ups.
• Draft, send and track RSVPs for events; assist with marketing materials and communications for the Pro Bono Team.
