Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Pro Bono & Sustainability Coordinator to support the Pro Bono & Social Impact Department across multiple offices, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves administration, event logistics, reporting, and sponsorships, ensuring accurate records and timely insights for leadership.

Applicants should have knowledge of pro bono and sustainability practices, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent organizational abilities to manage concurrent projects

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pro bono, charitable giving, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage event logistics and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pro bono and CSR programming and events.
• Maintain department data and surveys in Teams site.
• Track hours and prepare clear reports for leadership.
• Serve as data contact for nonprofits and sponsors.
• Support sustainability reporting and cross‑department inputs.
• Maintain records for charitable giving and sponsorships.
• Stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
