Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Pro Bono & Sustainability Coordinator to join our team across Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. This hybrid role supports pro bono administration, reporting, sponsorships, and sustainability data management.

The role requires strong coordination, data reporting, and stakeholder communication skills, with collaboration across departments and external partners to advance community impact and firm initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of pro bono, charitable giving, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and Copilot, with the ability to use technology to organize information, support reporting, and improve recurring processes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, track deadlines, coordinate logistics, organize materials, and follow through on details with accuracy.
• Ability to build and maintain accurate reporting systems, data collection tools, records, and shared files that support pro bono, social impact, charitable giving, sponsorship, and sustainability reporting work.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate complex data in a clear, accessible format for stakeholders outside the department, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pro bono and CSR programming, including CLEs, event invitations, and event logistics.
• Maintain the department’s Teams site with surveys, awards, monthly data reports, photos, and educational programming.
• Track pro bono participation and hours, maintain records, and prepare clear reports for leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for data requests from nonprofits.
• Assist with distribution of swag and thank-you notes as needed.
• Support sustainability reporting by organizing materials, tracking deadlines, and coordinating inputs from multiple departments.
• Maintain sustainability reporting files and prior responses for client requests and surveys.
• Support nonprofit sponsorship administration, including tracking deadlines and coordinating ads and attendance.
• Maintain records for charitable giving requests, sponsorships, approvals, and related records.
• Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends to inform leadership.
