Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt+ certification is a differentiator.
• Extensive experience in operational excellence with international exposure.
• Proven Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma deployments at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-leader influence.
• Fluent English; additional languages valued; travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen across Sustainability & EHS globally and drive continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean processes and governance across functions to reduce cycle times.
• Lead M&A due diligence and post-merger integration for Sustainability & EHS.
• Co-design and oversee serious injury prevention programs and I&I plans.
• Own H&S reporting, metrics, dashboards; ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Interface with GEV and Electrification Lean teams for alignment on policies.
• Establish global operating model with roles, escalations, audits, and PM routines.
• Drive maturity assessments and capability building across EHS teams.
