Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible EHS leadership in large facilities.
• Experience as a 1st or 2nd line manager with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct the site EHS team for high performance.
• Develop and execute a site EHS roadmap aligned with leadership.
• Oversee robust EHS programs: emergency prep, fire protection, risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
• Lead incident prevention with root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Partner with Facilities/Operations for safety in maintenance and controls.
• Design and deliver training for 800+ employees and contractors.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize risk and drive improvement.
• Own site Sustainability and Site Security programs.
