Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lean & Quality Operations Leader in Washington, DC to operationalize the strategic vision for Lean & Quality across the organization. You will lead cadences, drive standard work, and partner with cross-functional teams to deploy the GE Vernova Operating Method.

Responsibilities include Kaizen facilitation, content management for Lean resources, and delivering enterprise-wide improvements with a focus on SQDC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years of experience with lean, project management, quality, and KPI management.
• Leadership experience in an influencing role.
• Strong cross-functional awareness and business acumen.
• Excellent communication across all levels, including executives.
• Aligns with GE Vernova culture: Innovation, Customers, Lean, One team, Accountability.
• Comfortable in a matrixed environment, able to influence diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating cadences for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
• Track KPIs and support action plans to close gaps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize processes.
• Act as change agent for new processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Facilitate the monthly Lean Community of Practice and share best practices.
• Develop new Lean tools and maintain existing content.
• Manage content on the Lean Watt Page across the organization.
• Own end-to-end planning and reporting for corporate Kaizen events.
• Provide operational excellence reporting and input into enterprise reviews.
