Job summary

GEOKON Inc, a 100% ESOP leader in vibrating wire technology, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to own our continuous improvement program and drive safer, faster, leaner manufacturing.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead Manufacturing Process Engineers, partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to build a culture where everyone owns improvement and measurable savings are realized daily. This is an on-site role based in Lebanon, NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 5+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven Lean/Six Sigma projects delivering measurable savings and productivity gains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with financial justification skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and ERP/MRP tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and lead improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Create and manage an improvement project pipeline with clear ownership and savings.
• Analyze data from ERP/MRP, production, and quality records to find bottlenecks.
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional teams; sustain gains and actions.
• Support new ERP implementation, map processes, define requirements, and train users.
• Supervise and mentor Manufacturing Process Engineers; set goals and remove obstacles.
