Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing Lean Management Systems or operating mechanisms.
• Proven ability to translate high‑level strategies into clear, actionable standard work.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a Lean Management System, including Hoshin‑Kanri, daily management, and visual metrics.
• Establish operating cadence with monthly/quarterly rhythms to proactively identify risks to KPIs.
• Drive standard work across EHS processes for repeatable, safe operations.
• Lead Hoshin Kanri process to set annual breakthrough objectives and translate to measurable goals.
• Partner across functions to remove barriers and accelerate results.
• Develop dashboards and executive materials for leadership reviews and decision-making.
