Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through operations and marketing execution.
• Monitor inventory and analyze the impact on profit and loss.
• Understand food waste and costs and their impact on kiosk goals.
• Train and develop the team to meet company targets.
• Adhere to training guides; create rolls per guidelines for each kiosk.
• Prepare sushi according to quality, portion, presentation, and safety guidelines.
• Inspect fruit, vegetables, and fish quality; report issues promptly.
• Demonstrate customer service leadership through proactive communication.
• Coach and evaluate staff to align with policy and expectations.
