Momiji Sushi is seeking a Production Team Member in Oregon to prepare, portion, and package ingredients for multiple locations within the Momiji Management Group. You will support sauces, proteins, seafood, vegetables, and other components while upholding quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced production setting. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment across our restaurant

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or restaurant prep preferred.
• Professional knife skills and kitchen tool experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and products according to recipes and schedules.
• Portion, package, label, and organize products for delivery.
• Assist in preparing sauces, proteins, seafood, and vegetables.
• Operate kitchen and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Adhere to food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory receiving, storage, and rotation.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.
