Momiji Sushi is seeking a Production Team Member to prepare, portion, package, and organize food products for delivery to multiple restaurant locations within the Momiji Management Group. The role supports sauces, proteins, seafood, vegetables, and other components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production, restaurant preparation, commissary kitchens, culinary operations, seafood processing, or related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food products according to recipes, specifications, and production schedules.
• Portion, package, label, and organize products for delivery to restaurant locations.
• Assist in the preparation of sauces, proteins, seafood, vegetables, and other menu components.
• Operate kitchen and food production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company standards for product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and organizing inventory.
• Monitor product quality and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
