Responsibilities

• Operate in the sushi bar and/or back of house, ensuring food is prepared safely and per specs.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and complete.
• Follow recipes, measure and mix ingredients as required.
• Cook with various methods: bake, grill, steam, boil, fry, chop.
• Present and garnish dishes to be visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with stocking, ordering, and purchasing ingredients as needed.
• Report equipment issues to Head Sushi Chef.
• Handle and store ingredients properly.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.
