Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sushi production/sushi cook role or similar.
• Must have a valid, non-expired Food Handlers’ card.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented with ability to anticipate others’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Break down fish into useable, identical portions.
• Cook and season sushi rice.
• Produce garnishes for sushi dishes.
• Produce rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
• Clean and sanitize the sushi station daily according to health standards.
• Communicate ordering needs to the chefs daily.
• Rotate product according to FIFO to ensure high quality.
• All other duties as assigned.
