Responsibilities

• Readily price products and pull items for the day’s prep.
• Prepare sushi and other items from recipes as directed.
• Display merchandise per company standards and keep areas clean.
• Stock, rotate and ensure freshness of seafood items.
• Assist with seafood counter duties when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and work with team to complete tasks.
