• Food handler certification as required by state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full range of sushi offerings (sashimi, nigiri, maki) with precision.
• Fabricate and portion fish accurately, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sushi station and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to support smooth service flow.
• Contribute to creation and refinement of new menu items.
• Engage with guests with warmth and product knowledge.
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing station responsibilities.
