Qualifications

• Two years sushi cook experience, preferably in a high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant.
• Accurate knife skills and ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to communicate in English with staff and guests.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Must be able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
