Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Bentonville seeks a Sushi Chef to lead the sushi outlet with passion and precision. You will craft nigiri and sashimi, uphold quality, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cook duties.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with managers, employees and guests.
• Positive energy and willingness to assist fellow staff as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare high-quality sushi following standards and portion sizes.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on sushi procedures and plating.
• Prepare and present hot and cold sushi items per outlet standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and comply with kitchen regulations.
• Close the kitchen per closing procedures and report shortages or issues to Chef.
