Job summary

Wespath Benefits and Investments in Glenview, IL seeks a Benefits Administrator to support Survivor and Disability benefits. You will help plan participants and beneficiaries receive benefits during difficult times, partnering with the Survivor and Disability team and the Customer Service department to ensure accurate, timely processing and responsive service.

The role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple plan documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Passion for serving customers.
• Professional writing skills with clear punctuation and tone.
• Able to perform basic math for premiums, billing, and audits.
• Ability to understand and interpret multiple plans, policies, and retirement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist beneficiaries with benefits and ensure timely support.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Survivor/Disability Benefits teams to deliver services.
• Provide empathetic communications and accurate record-keeping.
• Support coverage between 8 am and 6 pm CST, Monday–Friday.
