Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Passion for serving customers and a positive, professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to learn complex benefits systems and apply knowledge to cases.
• Ability to multi-task while assisting customers over the phone.
• Proficiency with technology; experience using Word and Excel and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Learn and explain complex retirement and benefits plans to participants and approved associates.
• Provide first call resolution and secure accounts before assisting the participant.
• Demonstrate process orientation and ability to use multiple systems concurrently.
