Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Make claim determinations to approve non-complex disability claims and assist in denials when needed.
• Determine benefits due and process payments/adjustments for workers' compensation and SSDI.
• Inform claimants of required documentation, timelines, and claims status via phone, mail, or claims system.
