Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Department Manager to lead the department across land development, infrastructure, and construction projects. You will oversee teams, ensure technical accuracy from field to deliverables, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of geospatial professionals.

The role emphasizes leadership, revenue generation, and mentoring talent within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with at least 10+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage survey teams and projects.
• Ability to generate revenue through existing clients and new business development.
• Proficient reading/writing English for technical communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Land Surveying operations.
• Coordinate client communication (internal and external).
• Prepare project proposals and invoicing.
• Oversee two or more Survey Crews.
• Develop new business by leveraging Colliers' survey/geospatial disciplines.
