Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Department Manager to lead the department across land development, infrastructure, and construction projects. You will guide teams from field operations to deliverables, coordinate with clients, and oversee survey services including advanced laser scanning and LiDAR capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring a Professional Land Surveyor license and 10+ years of experience, with proven revenue generation from existing clients and new business

Qualificações

• Professional Land Surveyor License required.
• 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
• Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for communications and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including Client Communication (internal and external).
• Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.
• Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews.
• New Business Development combines existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Survey/Geospatial disciplines.
